You can submit your ride request at any time once your flights are booked. We start approving reservations on the first of every month for the current month plus the next two months.
- Are prices one way and does the price include gratuity
Yes, our prices are one way. Prices are per vehicle and not per person. Our prices do not reflect gratuity for your driver.
A deposit of $30 per reservation is automatically processed at time of confirmation. Final payment will be automatically processed 2 days prior to date of travel
- What is the Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled service to be eligible for a credit on account or refund.
Cancellations made up to and including 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for either a refund or a credit toward future travel, minus a $10.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a refund or a credit toward future travel, minus a $30.00 processing fee.
Cancellations or no show within 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Any credit on account issued is valid for up to one (1) year from the date of issue.
Domestic Flight Arrival Instructions: Upon landing, please turn your phone on and disable airplane mode. Reply to your driver’s text message and notify them when you are proceeding to baggage claim. Once you have collected all of your luggage, notify your driver. The driver will then proceed to the terminal and typically arrive within 7–10 minutes. Your driver will meet you in the baggage claim area and assist with your luggage. Prompt communication with your driver is essential to ensure a smooth and timely pickup.
- What happens if my flight is delayed
We monitor flight schedules to help ensure a smooth pickup experience. If you become aware of a flight delay in advance, please notify us by email at
[email protected]. We will adjust your reservation accordingly and make the necessary arrangements for your pickup.
Please note that if your revised arrival time results in your flight landing after 10:00 PM, a late-night service fee of $25 will be added to your reservation and charged to the card on file. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you.
- What happens if my flight lands early
We schedule your driver based on your flight’s original arrival time. If we see that your flight is arriving earlier than scheduled, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule and have a driver available when you land.
In some cases, it may not be possible to reschedule a driver to arrive earlier than originally planned. If that occurs, you may experience a short wait while your driver travels to the airport, or your original reservation pickup time will be honored.
We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible.
The driver will not begin transportation until all children are properly secured in the appropriate child safety seat as required by Florida law and manufacturer guidelines. As a courtesy the seats are installed in the vehicle for your convenience. Before the trip starts, the parent or guardian must check that the car seat is installed correctly and that the child is properly secured. The parent or guardian remains responsible for the child’s safety seat fit and placement.
