    • When do you approve reservations

    We start approving reservations on the first of every month for the current month and the following two months.

    • Are prices one way

    Yes, all prices are one way

    • Does the price include gratuity

    The prices do not include gratuity for the drivers.  18-20% is standard and customary. They work hard to make sure you are picked up on time, your luggage is all loaded and you arrive safely.  Please remember to show your appreciation

    • When is payment due

    A deposit of $30 per reservation is due at the time of confirmation.  Final payment is due 2 days prior to travel and will be automatically processed.

    • Cancellation policy
    • Once deposit has been made there will be a $10 cc processing fee deducted on all refunds
    • Once final payment has been made there is no refund within 24 hours of travel. You can apply that as a credit on your account to be used for future travel up to 1 year from the original travel date.

    • How do I find my driver

    When you land you will have a text from your driver.  You will just proceed to baggage claim and your driver will meet you there with your name on a sign. They will take you to the vip tunnel where the vehicle is waiting.  If you are departing your driver will text you when they arrive.  They will meet you out front of the resort unless other arrangements have been made.

    • What happens if my flight is delayed

    We monitor your flights.  If you know well in advance that it is delayed send us a message.  We will adjust and make arrangements to pick you up.  If your new flight now arrives after our late night hours kick in (10pm-7am) a $25 late fee will automatically be added to your reservation and charged to the card on file.

    • What if my flight arrives early

    We usually have a tight schedule.  We plan our arrival for 30 minutes after your scheduled flight arrival time.  This allows time to deplane, make a quick bathroom stop, take the terminal link to baggage claim and collect bags.  We will try to adjust and pick you up early but if we have another ride before you we have to keep their time.  There may be a small wait in that situation but we will be there at the original scheduled pickup time
